2010 Coffee Hour Guidelines

To share the work we’re inviting our community to help prepare and serve coffee and tea and light treats after services. Every Sunday a Philoptochos board member will be available to help you prepare the coffee and tea. The walk in freezer will be stocked with mini muffins. Community members are welcome to supplement those muffins with other food items but there is no expectation that we serve anything more than muffins and coffee and tea. Preparation is easy and everyone is capable of helping. Please, take a turn. The calendar is in the kitchen.

We’ll need to keep the freezer stocked with muffins. We are working with Chuck Agon in order to help with this. We should always set aside a small plate for the priest/priests so they are not left without some treats. We’ll have a laminated sign out every week asking for donations to defray costs.
